Tim Bratz was just your typical
punk kid with money on the mind. At 20 years old he discovered the
power of building wealth through real estate. After seeing
investors making tremendous money through his brokered deals, he
went out and bought his first project with credit card balance
transfer check.
Tim
transitioned into turnkey rentals for a bit, discovered his team
was better utilized in multi-family and merged into buying and
managing apartments just 36 months ago.
In
this short time frame, he has built a portfolio of about 1400 units
under management, with a project year end total of 2000 doors.
After nearly $90 million in transactions, he has a thing or two to
