Based out of California, Michael and his wife, Olivia decided to take their future into their own hands and figure out a way to leave the 9-5 rat race.
After reading countless real estate books and finally jumping into the game, they grabbed a rental shortly after. Years went by as they acquire another handful before discovering the power of a 1031 exchange and mark appreciated properties!
A quick roll over of the money into more cash flowing assets, they discovered what I call the “snowball effect” where things began to compound and grow exponentially.
15years after taking the leap, Michael was able to “retire” from the corporate job and concentrate on his rentals full time.
After a couple days of bliss, he discovered there was now a void in his life that needed to be filled. Michael decided to fill this with writing his book “One Rental at a Time” to help others achieve their financial freedom!
